Vibes of Change in Political Scenario in Pakistan

2011 is going to its end. The unfortunate Pakistani nation faced worst condition of law and order added with load shedding of gas and electricity, floods, dengue epidermic and uncontrolled inflation during this year. Last week was the worst of all when people of Lahore had to live with long hours of power breakdown.

Shahbaz Sharif has dedicated his full time to fight against Dengue fever. Unfortunately, more than 150 people have lost their lives due to dengue fever. Shahbaz is taking great measures against the disease. He is always among the common people. Nawaz Sharif is visiting Sindh province to help out the victims of floods. On the other side, President Zardari preferred to visit UK. Imran Khan also left the poor people and went to London for launching his book. I do not want to criticise Imran Khan and President Zardari. They just chose the inappropriate time for their personal interests. It was the time to be with the affected poor people.

USA suddenly alleged Pakistan’s ISI for being involved in Burhanuddin Rabbani’s murder. USA warned Pakistan to mend her ways otherwise they may attack on Pakistan.

Confused Federal Government did not retaliate properly. Prime Minister called on an All Parties Conference (APC) for taking all political forces in confidence. In APC, Nawaz Sharif also participated from PMLN. He emerged as the wisest and most influential leader. He used supporting words for Army and vowed that his party will be fully supporting the government in national interest. Famous political leader Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has wished to rejoin PMLN.

It was unbelievable that workers of PTI tried to beat up famous PMLN Leader Khawaja Muhammad Asif (MNA) when he arrived to join a rally against load shedding in Sialkot. Workers of PTI broke the window of another PMLN’s leader’s car. I always oppose the torture in politics. It was a fun to read in newspapers that ex-governor Mian Muhammad Azhar joined PTI. He is a failed politician who was completely out of scene for a long time. He does not keep a good reputation. His joining will further weaken PTI.

Yesterday (on October 6, 2011) PMLN and other opposition parties gave a sit-in in front of Presidency against the corrupt PPP government. The sit-in was led by Opposition Leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and an MNA of ruling party also participated in it. Now PPP government has paid off to Power Companies and the load shedding of electricity has been finished.

Supreme Court of Pakistan has also given its verdict on target killing in Karachi. However, people are disappointed from the decision. People were expecting a lot.

PMLN has raised its graph in recent days. Both Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif are taking their steps very wisely. If they continue their current strategy against the corrupt Zardari government, they will definitely bring good news to the nation.

  1. Seriously, felt like i am reading a comic… Shahbaaz sharif asked for a heli, was declined and he was like crying and complaining in media for it… Nawaz sharif is fully partner in crime for the last 3 years, he enjoyed power with PPP and now he is up all of a sudden, only because election are coming…

I would agree with you sharif brothers might be talking steps wisely but everyone has seen their cleverness when zardari swindled them… they just do power politics, they give a dam to public… you still have time to wake up…

  2. Shahbaz demanded a helicopter as he has been advised by his doctors not to go on long drive. He had to visit a rape victim girl in Nankana Sahib. Punjab Government’s helicopter is under repair. That’s why he asked Federal Govt to provide hi the facility. However, despite of refusal from PPP government, the great leader visited the place by road, though doctors requested him not to go. As a result, Shahbaz got severe pain in his back and came back lying in the vehicle.
Tell me only one thing. What is Imran Khan’s outcome in last three years? His hospital was overcharging for Dengue fever tests. When Punjab Govt instructed all hospitals and clinics to charge Rs. 90, Shaukat Khanum lawyers went to the high court. High court in its verdict declared the Punjab Government’s decision justified.
Yesterday we had a guest from Karachi at our home. He told us that people of Karachi have lots of love and regard for Shahbaz Sharif.
Only PMLN can bring the revolution.
